Today was my last class @ Shermays Cooking School. Kinda sad actually. I’m usually really nervous but today went really well. Didn’t really feel that nervous. I could even joke! It didn’t seem like 40 persons today. I thoroughly enjoyed class today.

Lucky me, I had 2 assistants today-Terence & Sarah. Terence was a great, great help-he could anticipate what I needed, very on-the-ball. Thumbs UP!! He showed me his competition pictures & he did a fantastic job! The cakes we did today were very easy so I finished early so I got to teach them extra stuff. I recognised a few of them from my previous classes & am very honoured that they came for my classes again. And the ’students’ weren’t all pulling long faces so that helped. They were inquisitive-I’m very happy. That means they’re listening. And many of them bought The Patissier’s Cookbook. Never happened before! I really, really enjoyed my class today.

Went up to feed Baileys after class just to find the whole place in a mess-AGAIN. Sigh…………..

My feet are aching…my back is breaking…head is aching..can feel the oncoming of a headache and so sleepy & tired….

Food from TCC: DISAPPOINTING. yuck.
