I treated myself to a 90min facial at the SK 2 Boutique spa today… Boy was it indulging!!! Staff were nice & not pushy, very friendly, very eager to help & provide information. Place is nice, bright, tranquil, peaceful & clean. Once you step in, you get greeted by a waft of lemongrass essential oil….nice… Reminds me of the honey lemongrass drink @ Canele.

Anyway, the ‘bed’ I had my facial on was wide & comfy, & it’s not just a mattress of some sort…It has quilt & a comforter with a weight that nicely holds you in place snugly. It’s not too hot, just nice. It’s very, very comfortable!! Wish I had that for my bed!

Aftermath…of course, the explaining of the packages…however, there’s NOT a hint of pushy business involved so I was impressed! Especially when a place like that has no sense of haughtiness….I LIKE!!! Will definitely go back!

It’s a very good & relaxing facial to shake off the remnants of a very stressful night before….

PLUS…I had a nice, enjoyable dinner just now. YUMMY!!! *sigh of contentment*

The morning started out nice & bright…:) Thank you!! The evening/night ended nice too… Thank you again! Sorry you were kept up so late tho’…so sad we couldn’t eat ramen today!! Hmmm….will keep track of when the renovation works will be done.

BUT…in between…was HELL. I was so angry today. Angry at everything & everyone. I was literally ready to bite off anyone’s head if they irritated me or crossed boundaries. Really, really angry. Of course particularly at someone, needless to say.
