Okay…this is it. ‘Hell 10 times over’ week has just begun. Since last night. Next week’s the competition & I have to go for prep sessions every single night now. Sigh…. It’s wierd but, last night, ChefP talked to me a little. Asked if I was planning to work somewhere else & if I’m happy working where I am right now. That it’d be good if I want to move up the ladder(which is even wierder coz I must seem very stupid to him especially when I seem to be doing everything wrongly every time!!). Asked how long I’ve been working at Patissier and he ‘HUH-ed’ so loudly the whole kitchen could hear! Commented that it’s a good & bad thing to stay so long. Said that it’s good for someone so young to be so ‘loyal’. Yeah right, like I am. Said that he’s not encouraging me to leave to work at Canele or anywhere else but it’d be good if I want to move up the ladder. (I’m pretty sure he feels that I CAN’T move up the ladder and definitely NOT GOOD enough.) Freak night. He was joking a lil’….Crazy man!!! Scarily crazy crazy crazy crazy….

It’s my off day today…planned a movie & kino & pants alteration..but….it’s been raining oceans & the Whole sky’s dark grey. So, ditto wonderful plans. Gotta go for prep session later, so sweet of my boss to come pick me up from home & drop me at the shop. Hee…she’s coming soon!!!

I can’t wait till FHA is over then comes my HK trip with my wonderful Sis & company…I wish my Brother-in-law could go too…. THEN…..heheheh my boss, Oli & I have plans for late June/early July….YIPPEEEEE!!!!!! CAN’T WAIT!!! Secret for now, will disclose at a later date. :p

Happy Birthday Mummy!! So Sorry I couldn’t make it for dinner but I hope you all enjoyed the cake! And thank you Mummy for inviting me over for dinner when I finish my competition. Yummy with all the thoughts of her yummilicious cooking!!! Woo hoo!!!!

And my dear cousin is back fom Perth for 2 weeks. Boy is he a hungry person! Hahaha. We’re all so proud of him, got really good ‘outstanding’ grades for his Term 1. Go! Go! Jeremy!! I hope your dreams come true & that you will reach your goal soon.

My poor Sis got a poisonous bite that needed a job!! Ouchie poochie!!! Poor thing….hope you’re much better already. Read that she’s been spending quite abit of quality time with husband & family. Bravo!! Clap clap!

Got to catch Eight Below with Kelvin. Soooo touching. Love the movie. Cried, obviously…what’d you expect??! The movie was AWESOME!!! I have to get the DVD when it’s out! Absolutely LOVE the doggies….

Oh…..and ’someone’ is coming back already. Too fast. Damn it.
